Overview:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Commercial Service Specialist. In this role, you will manage customer service tasks, audits, cancellations, data entry, and other essential functions. The ideal candidate will hold a P&C license and have a minimum of one year of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include handling customer interactions, account management, and service-related support.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent service
- Conducting audits, cancellations, and data entry tasks
- Managing finance agreements, change requests, and endorsements
- Utilizing coverage knowledge to assist customers
- Working on the agency's accounts and maintaining a book of business
Qualifications:
- P&C license
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in using EZLynx software
- Bilingual skills (a bonus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
