Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of employee benefits accounts. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and expert guidance on employee benefits packages.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver employee benefits programs
- Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to identify areas for growth and improvement
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide accurate and timely guidance to clients
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to clients as needed
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, specifically within the employee benefits space
- Strong understanding of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to employee benefits
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Relevant certifications/designations (e.g., Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) are a plus
- An active L&H (Life and Health) License is required
