Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Account Manager with strong construction experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial accounts, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that clients' insurance needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for commercial insurance clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage recommendations
- Manage policy renewals, endorsements, and other servicing needs for assigned clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders in the insurance industry
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products to better serve clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support the retention of existing clients
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial insurance account management or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Highly preferred Agency Management System experience: EPIC
- Previous Construction experience is required
- An active P&C (Property and Casualty) License is required
- A proven track record of consistent job tenure in previous roles is required
