Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management in the commercial insurance industry, and will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all clients' needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, including renewals, endorsements, and new business development.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing prompt and professional service to address any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients.
- Analyze client insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market changes to effectively advise clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of policies and documents.
- Maintain client data and records in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial lines account management within the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) License.
