Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Insurance Agency Trainer to join our team. The Insurance Agency Trainer will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive training programs for our insurance agency personnel. This role requires a strong background in operations and supervision within the insurance industry.

Salary Range: $70-75k

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for insurance agency personnel, focusing on operations and supervision skills.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and gaps in knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to ensure maximum impact.
- Provide mentorship and support to agency personnel to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve training offerings.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in operations and supervision within the insurance industry.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and individuals.
- Prior experience in developing and delivering training programs is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in insurance or training are a plus.
