Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for all employee benefits-related matters.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and proactive account management.
- Collaborate with the internal team to design and implement customized benefits programs that align with each client's organizational goals and budgetary constraints.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory updates to ensure compliance and provide expert guidance to clients.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to optimize their employee benefits offerings and enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record in employee benefits account management, with a focus on clients with 100-500 lives.
- Strong understanding of various employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations to improve client benefits programs.
Day-to-day
- Engage with clients to understand their unique employee benefits needs and provide strategic guidance.
- Work closely with the internal team to develop tailored benefits packages for clients.
- Stay informed on industry updates and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and inform client strategy.
