Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing a book of commercial insurance accounts. You will work closely with clients to assess their insurance needs, provide excellent customer service, and ensure that all policies are accurate and up to date.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial insurance clients
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any client inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with insurance underwriters to negotiate terms and coverage for clients
- Process policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
- Keep up to date with industry trends and changes in commercial insurance policies and regulations
- Assist in preparing insurance proposals and presentations for potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
Qualifications/Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance or a similar role
- Proven track record of servicing and retaining commercial insurance accounts
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and coverages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using insurance agency management systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- An active P&C (Property and Casualty) License is required
