Commercial Lines Account Manager – Hybrid in Ashboro, NC
Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office after 90 days)
License Required: P&C
Experience Level: 3–5+ years
Salary: 60k - $75K

A growing, service-driven insurance agency is looking to add a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support recent producer hires and continued growth in the Commercial Lines department. This is a full-cycle account management role, handling a variety of generalist accounts with strong internal support and leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage a diverse commercial book ranging from small business up to $100K+ in premium

  • Provide full A–Z account servicing, including quoting new and renewal business

  • Collaborate with a team-based servicing structure aligned by account size and type

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring timely responses and quality service

  • Handle marketing efforts, endorsements, policy changes, certificates, and more

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager

  • P&C license required

  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial coverages and markets

  • Comfortable quoting both new and renewal business

  • Willing to learn and adapt – ideal candidate is seasoned but still open to growth

  • AMS360 experience is a plus, but not required
