Job Overview

Our dynamic team is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Executive to establish and maintain positive client relationships by managing insurance coverage inquires with in-depth knowledge, speed, and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have P&C insurance industry experience, superior customer service skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. The candidate must also have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

 

Responsibilities

Answer client calls and correspondence regarding new or existing insurance policies and service all claims.

Consult with customers to provide detailed information about products and services, quotes, analyze renewals, process endorsements, cancellations, and provide requested documentation.

Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the clients concern determining the cause of the issue, explaining the best solution to solve the issue, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution.

Maintain records of client interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken in agency management system.

Collaborate with team members, provide expertise, answer questions, and participate in formal and informal meetings as needed.

Perform administrative duties as needed such as answering phones.

 

Requirements

Hold a valid P&C License and have a minimum of 5 years personal lines insurance account management experience.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products, rating procedures, coverages, underwriting guidelines, and industry operations to effectively manage and maintain assigned clients.

Display a positive, helpful attitude to help create a friendly environment for clients and coworkers.

Strong attention to detail, organization, multi-tasking, and follow-up skills.

Can manage client phone calls and solve complex problems without direct supervision.

Proficient with technology
