COMPENSATION
- $110,000 - $160,000/year (based on experience

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors Degree or related work experience
- 10+ years of experience in a Property & Casualty Claims auditing role
- Must have experience with claims involving Lloyds of London
- Strong understanding of property and casualty insurance policies, claims practices, and regulatory guidelines.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage a team of claims auditors, providing training, guidance, and performance management.
- Develop and implement audit strategies to assess the accuracy and consistency of property and casualty claim settlements.
- Perform in-depth reviews of claim files to evaluate compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify trends, gaps, and discrepancies in claims handling and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide detailed reports on audit findings, including root causes and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with claims leadership to establish best practices and improve overall claims handling quality.
