Overview
We are seeking a Middle Market Commercial Lines Account Manager. This is a remote position based in Ohio, offering a competitive salary, commission, benefits, and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage 70 accounts with premium ranging from $10K to $350K
- Handle typical servicing, certificates, endorsements, and client interactions over the phone
- Quote new/renewal business for various industries such as construction, manufacturing, and social services
- Work with carriers including Westfield, Cincinnati, Grange, and others
- Cross sell and upsell to earn small bonuses
- Contribute to the growth of the department to qualify for an end-of-year performance bonus
Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in a similar role
- P&C license is required
- Proficiency in AMS 360 software
- Strong insurance knowledge and self-starter attitude
Day-to-day
As a Middle Market Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, providing exceptional service, and contributing to the growth of the department through cross selling and upselling.
