Job Description
We are seeking an Employee Benefits Account Executive with aspirations for leadership. This role offers the opportunity for growth and development, with a clear path to a future Unit Leader position. The ideal candidate will have experience in benefits design, middle to large market, and a strong understanding of self-funded and fully funded groups.
Responsibilities
- Servicing accounts and benefit design for large market fully funded and self funded groups
- Leading the transition of major medical solutions from fully to self funded and vice versa
- Account management and future unit leadership
- Collaborating with a team for voluntary benefits
Qualifications
- L&H license
- 6-10+ years of experience in benefits design and account management
- Leadership aspirations and a genuine desire to help people
- Experience with Epic software is preferred
Day-to-day
The successful candidate will work on large accounts ranging from 500-5000 lives, with a focus on major medical design. Candidate will have a 4-day in-office presence and engage in local travel as part of their role.
