Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Executive for a hybrid position. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting new business sales and overseeing existing accounts, with a focus on retention.
Responsibilities
- Support new business sales and oversee existing accounts, focusing on retention
- Quote new and renewal business
- Utilize L&H licensure/designations
- Work with self-funded accounts in the mid to large range (200-1000+ lives)
Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of experience in a similar role
- L&H licensure/designations
- Proven track record in new business sales and account retention
- Familiarity with relevant software
Day-to-day
The Employee Benefits Account Executive will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, engaging in new business activities, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. This will involve quoting new and renewal business, utilizing L&H licensure/designations, and working with self-funded accounts in the mid to large range.
