Job Description

A well established and reputable independent insurance agency is looking to add a Personal Lines Account Manager to their Jonesboro, AR office.  This position will work right alongside experienced Insurance Producers to handle all aspects of account management.

Requirements:

• Ability to handle account management duties from the time the policy is sold all the way through to renewals.
• Experience at an independent insurance agency setting
• Knowledge of quoting policies with multiple carriers to provide the best options to clients
• Ability to handle certificates, endorsements, etc.
• Experience working with standard and HNW accounts.
• Working knowledge of Epic agency management system is preferred
• Must be able to collaborate with a team
• Professional manner and ability to assist clients face to face
• Must have knowledge of how to assist clients in claims and follow through with updates

Salary: $45k - $75k depending on experience
