Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for providing excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Competitive salary: $55K-$61K
• Manage a portfolio of personal insurance accounts, providing support and guidance to clients throughout the insurance process
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and providing tailored solutions
• Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate coverage and pricing for clients
• Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and products to provide informed recommendations to clients

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Account Manager in the insurance industry
• Proficiency with AMS (Applied EPIC) or similar insurance management software
• Strong understanding of personal insurance products and coverage options
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and insurance carriers
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

Day-to-day

• Communicating with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide ongoing support
• Collaborating with carriers to obtain quotes and negotiate terms for clients
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in the AMS system
• Providing timely and professional responses to client inquiries and requests
• Continuously learning and staying informed about changes in the insurance industry to best serve our clients
