Overview:

We are seeking an Employee Benefits Analyst. This is an opportunity to work in a boutique yet growing company with a great reputation and inclusive culture.

Responsibilities:

• Provide back end administrative and technical support
• Handle all back end work to assist the Account Executive in managing client accounts
• Quote new and renewal business as needed

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in Employee Benefits
• L&H license preferred
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and not afraid to ask questions

Day-to-day:

The Employee Benefits Analyst will be responsible for handling all back end administrative and technical support, as well as providing assistance to the Account Executive in managing client accounts.
