Overview:
We are seeking an Employee Benefits Analyst. This is an opportunity to work in a boutique yet growing company with a great reputation and inclusive culture.
Responsibilities:
- Provide back end administrative and technical support
- Handle all back end work to assist the Account Executive in managing client accounts
- Quote new and renewal business as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in Employee Benefits
- L&H license preferred
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and not afraid to ask questions
Day-to-day:
The Employee Benefits Analyst will be responsible for handling all back end administrative and technical support, as well as providing assistance to the Account Executive in managing client accounts.
