Commercial Insurance Producer- Hybrid
Summary:
Established Insurance agency seeking a detailed-oriented person who demonstrates clear knowledge and understanding of commercial lines insurance coverages.
Job Description:
- Full knowledge of insurance products and usages
- Ability to advise and consult with clients
- Manage workflow of assigned book of business and delegate workflow
- Maintain accounts in accordance with organizational guidelines
- Service and monitor account activity.
- Call existing insured to compliment or “round out” personal accounts.
- Work strategically with sales staff to optimize relationships and protect client’s business.
- Perform special projects as directed by the VP, Commercial Lines.
- Review policies and coverage for accuracy and rating calculations.
- Process endorsements, placement requests and invoicing.
- Complete and prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries and reviews.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our partners, carriers, and vendors.
- Responsible for marketing process & quoting new and renewal business
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience handling Commercial Insurance Accounts
- Ability to meet/w clients and discuss insurance mitigation strategies
- Must hold an active state P&C License.
- Excellent Customer Service and Organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High School Diploma: Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
