Personal Insurance Account Manager / Inside Sales - Hybrid
Established agency seeking a detail-oriented person who demonstrates clear knowledge and understanding of personal lines insurance coverage.
- Inside sales role working with existing customers cross selling and rounding out.
- Taking in customer referrals.
- Partner with outside sales team.
- Involved with leads generated from marketing partners.
- Farmer sales, not hunting for new business.
- Leads will be provided.
- Heavy inbound inside sales. Not held to sales quota.
- Make proactive outbound calls in an effort to bind personal lines insurance product coverage for our existing and referral clients including potential Commercial and Life business.
- Aggressively work internet leads, cross-sell, and referral lists by making proactive outbound calls and hitting desired activity ratios.
- Implement effective cross-sell campaigns and follow procedures to round-out client accounts.
- Sell insurance through various prospect contact touch points such as telephone, email and/or internet.
- Prepare personalized personal lines insurance proposal to prospects and use assumptive closing techniques to close sales.
