Overview
We are seeking a Commercial Lines Marketing & Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role will involve managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting marketing initiatives in the commercial insurance sector.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for commercial insurance clients, responding to their inquiries and providing outstanding customer service.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including creating materials to promote insurance products and services to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies to attract new business in the commercial insurance market.
- Manage and maintain accurate client records and policy documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial insurance account management and customer service.
- Familiarity with AMS 360 or similar account management software is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverage, with expertise in handling accounts ranging from $0 to $500k.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and internal stakeholders.

Day-to-day
- Engage with clients to address their insurance-related queries and provide support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns that target commercial clients.
- Utilize AMS 360 to manage and organize client accounts and policy documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and provide the best service to clients.
