Commercial Lines Technical Assistant

Great independent agency seeking to add a Commercial Lines Technical Assistant to their large market commercial lines team.

Qualifications:

• Work with Account Manager(s) or Team Leaders to assist in the issuance, renewal,
• change/update, endorsement and/or modification of policies on assigned accounts

• Perform data entry work not limited to applications, spreadsheets, insurance legal
• documents, mailing labels, form letters and other related documents

• Manage and distribute insurance legal documents including, evidences of insurance,
• certificates of insurance and automobile ID cards to clients

• Manage assigned documentation from paper to electronic form including bar coding and
• scanning

• Provide technical assistance to Producers, New Business Marketing Managers or
• Commercial Account Managers as required

• Maintain company procedures in documentation and maintenance of client information in
• EPIC database

• Assist in the underwriting process including ordering and researching reports and records as
• required for placement of new and/or renewal business

Required

• Active 2-20 or 4-40 license.
• Strong Excel skills.

$40,000-$50,000 plus great benefits
