Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic and growing team. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $60,000 - $110,000 (depending on experience) + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business focused on mid-to-large construction accounts
• Handle all aspects of account management, including renewals, quoting new and renewal business, and providing exceptional client service
• Collaborate with the construction team to ensure seamless account handling
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure accurate data entry and documentation in the agency management system (EPIC preferred)
• Mentor and support team members, with opportunities for leadership development

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required (agency will cover licensing costs within the first 2 months)
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in commercial lines account management, with a focus on construction accounts preferred
• Preferred Designation: CRIS (Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist) is a plus
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with EPIC software is preferred but not required
