Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Lines (PL) Producer to join a dynamic and supportive team. As a PL Producer, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth by reaching out to lead lists, handling incoming live transfers, and selling insurance products. Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $37,000 - $60,000 annually (dependent on experience and compensation structure).
- Commission: Competitive commission structure available, with options for a commission-heavy or base-heavy pay plan.
- Benefits: Equipment provided for remote work. Additional benefits package details will be shared during the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to lead lists and handle incoming live transfers to generate new business.
- Focus exclusively on selling personal lines insurance products (no servicing responsibilities).
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, with a minimum expectation of $60,000 in new business premium per month.
- Utilize the company’s internal management system to manage leads and sales activities.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach to build lasting client relationships.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Must hold a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Performance: Demonstrated ability to sell at least $60,000 per month in new business premium (proof required).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with insurance management systems is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, self-motivation, adaptability, teamwork, and a results-oriented mindset.
