Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team responsible for enterprise business applications, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Provide operational oversight, performance management, and coaching to ensure team success.
• Contribute hands-on technical development and coding support while establishing best practices and development standards.
• Oversee the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and support of application solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct impact analysis for system enhancements and prioritize scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Guide troubleshooting efforts, issue resolution, and ongoing support to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate operational needs into technical solutions.
• Present recommendations, prototypes, and system enhancement plans to leadership and stakeholders.
• Serve as a subject matter expert across an integrated enterprise applications environment.
• Assist with strategic technology planning, budgeting, resource forecasting, and project prioritization.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to system usability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with third-party consultants and implementation partners as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise business applications, software development, or application management.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with SaaS-based enterprise platforms.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise application systems in complex business environments.
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, secure coding standards, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to gather business requirements, translate technical concepts, and clearly document solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing vendors, implementation partners, and external consultants.
