Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager to join a team. This role is integral to maintaining and growing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial lines insurance, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding client support. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, combining remote flexibility with in-office collaboration.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial lines clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing proactive communication and addressing inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage policy renewals, endorsements, and claims processing
- Analyze client accounts to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date advice and guidance
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials
- Support the sales team in identifying opportunities for account growth and cross-selling additional services
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a proven track record of client management
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License is required
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and industry practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in insurance management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
