Client Manager (Hybrid Role)

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Manager to join a team in a hybrid capacity, working three days in-office and two days remotely. The Client Manager will play a pivotal role in managing the overall workflow for assigned books of business, handling all lines of commercial insurance, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong background in commercial insurance and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing general inquiries, providing guidance on coverage changes, and educating clients on exclusions and exposures.
• Prepare binders prior to policy expiration dates and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal teams (Sales Executives, Marketing, Claims, Accounting, etc.) and external parties (clients and insurance carriers).
• Plan, prioritize, and manage day-to-day workload, ensuring timely completion of new business, renewals, and service responsibilities.
• Develop and coordinate marketing strategies for new and renewal business.
• Review and update applications and general information in the agency management system.
• Oversee audits, cancellation notices, endorsements, certificates, and policy checking.
• Conduct all activities in compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Occasionally attend client meetings on or off-site.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

Required:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
• Active Arizona Property/Casualty license (or ability to transfer an existing license).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, carriers, and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
