Commercial Lines Account Manager - Hybrid
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a well-established and growing team. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing small to mid-sized commercial accounts, including contractors and habitational clients, while balancing sales and service responsibilities. Compensation Package
- Salary: Up to $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of small to mid-sized commercial accounts, including contractors and habitational clients.
- Handle quoting, rewriting, and renewing business to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Balance responsibilities with a 50/50 focus on sales and service, including sales on the existing book of business.
- Collaborate with team members to meet agency goals and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Utilize Xanatek software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines, with a strong background in quoting, rewriting, and managing accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Xanatek software or similar platforms.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities to effectively serve clients and contribute to the team.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
