Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a focus on Agri-business to join a growing team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000+ (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service and support to clients in the Agri-business sector
- Collaborate with account executives to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handle service work, including policy changes, endorsements, and client inquiries
- Maintain a thorough understanding of commercial insurance coverage and industry best practices
- Utilize AMS360 and Agency Zoom software to manage client accounts and documentation
- Contribute to the positive culture and team environment through active participation in company activities
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Commercial CSR role (flexible for the right candidate)
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverage, particularly in Agri-business
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 and Agency Zoom software preferred
- Work Environment: Fully in-office role in Frederick, MD (hybrid option may be considered in the future)
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
