Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to operations, focusing on managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, providing exceptional client service, and supporting new business initiatives. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually
- Remote Work: Available after a 90-day onsite training period (equipment provided)

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with claims and payment inquiries.
- Manage policy renewals, conduct coverage reviews, and handle pricing and delivery.
- Support new business efforts, including sourcing, quote preparation, and presentations.
- Prepare Acord and application forms.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales and service calls.
- Maintain and update the Applied Systems EPIC agency management system.
- Collaborate with MGAs and underwriters to ensure seamless account management.
- Perform general departmental tasks and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-6 years in a similar role, with expertise in EPIC and surplus lines.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Soft Skills: Personable, team player, excellent communicator, organized, and proactive.
- Account Management: Experience handling accounts ranging from $5,000 to $500,000, with an average size of $75,000 to $100,000+.
- Work Environment: Must be able to work onsite during the 90-day training period and transition to remote work thereafter.
