Life Director

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Life Director to lead and support life insurance and annuity sales initiatives. This role is responsible for driving business growth, developing sales strategies, and providing leadership and guidance to team members across multiple office locations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in life insurance and annuity sales, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to motivate teams toward established production and growth objectives. This is an onsite role that requires travel to regional office locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support life insurance and annuity sales initiatives across the organization.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase new business production and support continued growth.

• Provide strategic direction, coaching, and guidance to sales professionals.

• Monitor sales activity and performance against established organizational goals.

• Support the management and development of life insurance and annuity business.

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.

• Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, client engagement, and overall performance.

• Travel to regional office locations as needed to support teams and business operations.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Holds an active life insurance license and applicable annuity certification.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in life insurance and annuity sales.

• Familiarity with Applied EPIC.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate sales professionals.

• Strong sales, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to develop and execute strategies supporting business growth.

• Ability and willingness to travel between regional office locations as needed.

• Willingness to relocate may be required depending on business needs.

• Ability to work in an onsite environment.

Compensation Package

• Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 annually, depending on experience, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates.

• Employer-provided health insurance.

• Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.
