Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in managing small to mid-market business accounts, particularly in generalist and real estate lines of coverage. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing both new and renewal business, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of a organization.

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually (up to $90,000 for highly qualified candidates)
  • Bonus Opportunity: 8% annual bonus (50% company performance, 50% individual performance)

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of small to mid-market commercial accounts, with a focus on generalist and real estate lines of coverage.
  • Handle both new business acquisition and renewal processes, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with producers and other team members to develop and implement strategies for client retention and growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored insurance solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide clients with the best possible advice.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines account management, with a focus on small to mid-market businesses.
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Proven experience in managing generalist and real estate lines of coverage.
  • Strong understanding of new business acquisition and renewal processes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant insurance software is preferred.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
