Commercial Lines Service Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and professional Commercial Lines Service Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to maintaining strong relationships between producers and clients, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in commercial lines account management and possess a Property & Casualty (P&C) license.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
• Travel: No travel required

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between producers and clients, ensuring professional and effective communication
• Manage a portfolio of small market commercial lines accounts (under $20,000)
• Handle daily account management tasks, including quoting new and renewal business
• Utilize EPIC software to manage client accounts and documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and strengthen client relationships

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines account management is highly preferred
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is a plus
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Work Eligibility: Must be based in Virginia or North Carolina; candidates in Richmond, VA must be open to a hybrid work arrangement
