Commercial Lines Claims Advocate - Agency

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Claims Advocate to join a dynamic and growing team. The role may require minimal travel. As a key member of team, you will handle complex, high-severity, disputed, or coverage-sensitive claims, ensuring exceptional service and advocacy for the clients.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage and advocate for commercial lines claims, including complex, high-severity, disputed, or coverage-sensitive cases.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers to ensure timely and accurate resolution of claims.
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the claims process.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and account management, to deliver exceptional client service.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of claims activities in the AMS360 system.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed advice and solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license and/or Adjuster license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience handling commercial lines claims, with significant exposure to complex and high-severity cases.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
