Attorney (Workers' Compensation Defense)

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and skilled Attorney specializing in Workers' Compensation Defense to join a dynamic and growing legal team. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in workers' compensation proceedings
• Conduct legal research, analyze complex issues, and draft legal documents
• Attend hearings and depositions
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Effectively manage time and adhere to firm procedures
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Qualifications/Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California State Bar (required)
• Proven ability to identify and analyze complex legal issues and devise effective solutions
• Proactive, client-centered, and tech-savvy approach to legal practice
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Superior organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
