Commercial and Personal Lines Producer

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial and Personal Lines Producer to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for sales and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of accounts, leveraging your expertise to drive new business and cross-sell opportunities.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $36,000 - $38,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities in both commercial and personal lines
• Leverage referrals and cross-sell opportunities within the existing book of business
• Actively participate in networking groups, chambers of commerce, and other business development activities
• Provide feedback and collaborate on strategies to explore new sales avenues, including purchasing leads
• Work with over 30 different carriers to provide tailored insurance solutions to clients
• Utilize software tools such as Epic, InsureMind, and EZLynx to manage accounts and streamline processes

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience: 1-5+ years of experience in insurance sales, with some commercial lines experience preferred
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in office suite software and familiarity with insurance management systems (Epic, InsureMind, EZLynx)
