Commercial and Personal Lines Producer

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial and Personal Lines Producer to join a growing team. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for building relationships and driving new business. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of carriers and leverage existing referral networks to grow your book of business.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $36,000 - $38,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a book of business in both commercial and personal lines insurance
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other lead-generation strategies
• Cross-sell insurance products to existing clients
• Provide feedback on lead generation strategies and explore new avenues for business development
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to deliver exceptional service to clients
• Utilize software tools such as Epic, InsureMind, and EZ Lynx to manage accounts and streamline processes

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience: 1-5+ years of experience in insurance sales, with some commercial lines experience preferred
• Skills:
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Excellent work ethic and self-motivation
  • Quick decision-making and critical thinking skills
  • Adaptability to changing circumstances and client needs
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Epic, InsureMind, EZ Lynx, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Work Environment: Initial training on-site, with the option to transition to fully remote or hybrid work depending on the role
