Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a high-volume book of business, ensuring accuracy and responsiveness.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by delivering high-touch, concierge-level service.
• Handle endorsements, renewals, remarketing opportunities, and coverage reviews with precision and efficiency.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers, producers, and internal team members to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide expert guidance on personal property and casualty coverages, underwriting guidelines, policy servicing, and renewal management.
• Utilize insurance carrier platforms and agency management systems (AMS360 preferred) to manage client accounts effectively.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience in High-Net-Worth insurance programs and carriers (e.g., PURE, Chubb, Cincinnati, AIG Private Client, Berkley One).
• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in handling endorsements, renewals, remarketing opportunities, and coverage reviews.
• Knowledge of personal property and casualty coverages, underwriting guidelines, and policy servicing.
• Experience with AMS360 or similar agency management systems is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
