Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a rapidly growing team. A agency has already surpassed its annual goals and continues to expand, driven by a strong pipeline of leads and a commitment to excellence. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing high-value private client accounts, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional service.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually
- Incentives: 15-20% commission on new business personal write-offs

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business consisting of high-value private client accounts (approximately $2 million in premiums and a few hundred policies)
- Quote and process new and renewal business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring their unique needs are met with professionalism and care
- Collaborate with the team to achieve agency goals and deliver exceptional client experiences
- Utilize EZLynx software for account management and processing
- Work with carriers such as AIG, Nationwide Private Client, and Chubb to provide tailored insurance solutions
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on private client accounts and high-net-worth individuals
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EZLynx software preferred
- Soft Skills: Fun, outgoing, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
