Personal Lines Producer

Job Summary

Seeking experienced and motivated Personal Lines Producers to join a dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines production, with a proven track record of building and maintaining a profitable book of business.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $70,000+
• Work Arrangement: Fully remote

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a profitable book of Personal Lines insurance business.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations to better serve clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance production, either in an independent agency or captive environment.
• Proven sales and new-business development skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a profitable book of business.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
