Commercial Lines Account Manager

Compensation Package

• Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a generalist book of small to mid-market commercial lines accounts.
• Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance (COIs), and cross-selling opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless account management and service delivery.
• Utilize Epic software for account management and documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an independent brokerage environment managing commercial lines accounts.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
