Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $130,000–$160,000 annually (commensurate with experience and qualifications)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and retain a complex commercial lines book of business.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Commercial Account Managers.
  • Review complex renewals and assist with challenging coverage and carrier issues.
  • Identify and implement improvements in workflows, efficiencies, and department processes.
  • Monitor and uphold service standards and quality expectations.
  • Collaborate with Producers to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Assist leadership with workload balancing and department initiatives.
  • Support employee development through coaching and training.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex commercial accounts.
  • Active California Property & Casualty License.
  • Leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial coverages, carrier relationships, and marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency with AMS360 or similar agency management systems.
  • Professional designations such as CIC, CPCU, CRM, ARM, CRIS, or equivalent are preferred.
