Personal Lines Account Manager
Location | Morris County
Schedule | Hybrid

Successful independent insurance brokerage is seeking to add a Personal Lines Account Manager to an expanding, professional team.

Competitive base salary between $50k-$65k with the ability for commission and fast promotion based on performance and knowledge

Hybrid schedule 2 days in office after training

Duties:

• Help advise, analyze, retain, service, market and round-out coverage needs for assigned customers
• Handle new/renewal business

Qualifications:

• At least 2+ years’ experience with retail agency or similar personal lines business.
• Experience with a variety of major insurance carriers.
• Current Property & Casualty License
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer service focused
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Experienced with Applied Epic software
