CLAM Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced CLAM Specialist to join a team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive A-Z servicing for a variety of generalist accounts, ranging from small to large markets. The size of the book of business will be tailored to your experience and expertise. This is a 100% onsite position, offering an excellent opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team in a collaborative environment.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end servicing for generalist accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Handle quoting for new and renewal business as required
- Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, with the size dependent on your experience and capabilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet client needs
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and company policies
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: 3-10+ years of relevant experience in CLAM servicing or a related field
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Strong understanding of generalist accounts and the ability to manage a diverse book of business
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to work effectively in a fully onsite environment
