Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive A-Z servicing for standard personal lines accounts. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of standard personal lines accounts from start to finish (A-Z servicing).
• Handle both new and renewal business quoting.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Epic software system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
