Stop Loss Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stop Loss Consultant to join a team. This role is pivotal in supporting our self-funded accounts by leveraging expertise in stop loss underwriting and financial analytics. As a Stop Loss Consultant, you will play a key role in analyzing and managing stop loss policies while maintaining a client-facing presence.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $71,800 - $133,700 annually, plus bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct underwriting and financial analytics for stop loss policies.
• Provide expert analysis and recommendations for self-funded accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure optimal stop loss solutions.
• Maintain a client-facing presence to address inquiries and provide insights.
• Support the growth and development of the stop loss department.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in self-funded accounts and stop loss underwriting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• A polished and team-driven approach to work.
