Account Manager - Real Estate and Construction
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager with a strong background in real estate and construction to join a team. This is a 100% onsite role, focusing on servicing and remarketing small to middle-market accounts ranging from $10,000 to $250,000. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing accounts, a proactive approach to client service, and a commitment to excellence. Compensation Package
- Salary: Targeting $85,000 annually, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates.

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of small to middle-market accounts within the real estate and construction sectors.
- Handle remarketing efforts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including claims and certification teams, to deliver seamless client support.
- Provide quotes for new and renewal business as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all accounts.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, with a focus on real estate and construction industries.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Zywave is a plus but not required.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Licenses/Certifications: Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
