Location: Flexible Hybrid Schedule (1 day onsite in NYC, 4 days remote)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Marketing Department Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is vital for overseeing our marketing strategies and leading two Marketing Account Executives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial lines within a retail brokerage and hold an active P&C license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct coverage analysis on new accounts and complex renewals
- Generate submissions and negotiate quotes with various insurance markets
- Oversee the marketing efforts of two marketing staff members, providing guidance and support
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies
- Foster relationships with insurance carriers to enhance submission outcomes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a marketing role within a retail brokerage
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage and mentor a small team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
