Commercial Producer

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Producer to join a growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, family-oriented environment with a strong reputation. As a Commercial Producer, you will play a key role in servicing accounts, managing renewals, and collaborating closely with producers to deliver exceptional service to a clients.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience.
• Benefits: $500 monthly stipend.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts from A-Z, ensuring all client needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
• Handle renewals and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate closely with producers to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
• Work on a variety of accounts, including Commercial Property, Contractors, LROs, and Restaurants.
• Utilize software tools such as EZ Lynx (preferred but not required).

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience:
  • Proven experience in Commercial Property, Contractors, LROs, and Restaurants.
  • Familiarity with EZ Lynx software is a plus but not mandatory.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn.
• Preferred Experience: Candidates with prior experience in a similar role are highly desirable.
