PL/CL Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines/Commercial Lines (PL/CL) Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a close-knit and family-oriented team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a collaborative and upbeat office environment. As a CSR, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to a clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $50,000 annually, with opportunities to transition into a sales role that includes new business commission on the first year.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform manual data entry for servicing accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines accounts.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Utilize software tools such as Microsoft 365, AMS360, and GoTo to manage daily tasks efficiently.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or insurance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, AMS360, and GoTo software.
- Preferred Background: Open to candidates with experience in captive insurance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Pepin, WI or Durand, WI.
