Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a team. This role is integral to providing exceptional service to a clients and ensuring smooth operations within a organization. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, a strong customer service background, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Compensation Package

  • Salary Range: $54,000 - $62,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Utilize software tools such as Epic and Pipe Drive to track and manage client interactions and account details.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Support the sales team by identifying opportunities for account growth and cross-selling additional services.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Licensure/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
  • Experience:
    • Preferred: 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the insurance industry.
    • Familiarity with managing commercial accounts is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic and Pipe Drive software is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
