Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Employee Benefits Producer to join a growing team. Compensation Package
- Commission Structure: 45% on new business, 25% on renewals.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a book of business, focusing on fully funded, self-funded, and level-funded accounts of varying sizes.
- Leverage warm leads provided by the bank to generate new business (70% of leads are untapped).
- Engage in team selling, client meetings, and relationship-building activities.
- Conduct some cold calling to identify and secure new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and market conditions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of agency producing experience, with a proven track record of success. Candidates with 5+ years of experience are preferred.
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Industry Background: Experience with medium to large brokers is essential. Candidates from smaller "mom & pop" shops will not be considered.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Applied EPIC software is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong sales acumen, self-motivation, ability to work independently, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
